Effective for Salmon, Musky, Pike, Lake Trout, and Walleye,
your spoons will be crafted from stainless steel, nickel, or marine brass, then treated
with a primer coat and baked in high temperature ovens. After applying superior quality enamels and fluorescent paints,
your lures receive a two-part polyurethane top coat for brightness and long lasting durability. Finally, all spoon fishing lures are equipped with a German split ring and either a

Fish plugs - crankbaits, topwaters... Call them what you will. These styles of fishing lures have become
quite literally, a staple in the fishing tackle industry. Willy Lures now offers their own unique style of
fishing plugs never before seen on the market. Each plug mold is precision engineered to provide a smooth finish, and a
well balanced base for the plug body. Then we utilize a laser cut wire form to create a 'thru-wire' construction of
the plug body. This new process provides the plug a balance that falls between 1/1000 of an inch of its natural
center keel. Surprisingly, through testing, we found that this new manufacturing process has created a plug
that is self correcting when striking underwater debris, aside from natural snags.
The material to create these plug bodies is something new to the industry as well. Using high impact foam, these plug bodies are more durable than traditional plastics and balsa wood, and similar in strength to cedar, and yet still retains its natural buoyant properties. As an added bonus, the material also resonates the sound of the glass rattles (installed in every plug) far better than typical pre-socketed rattle products. Quality paints and top coats are used on every plug to deliver a long lasting finish for a fishing lure that you'll appreciate for years to come. Also note that because of the material used, some two part paint jobs have a natural 3-D effect. This appears predominately with darker colors on top of lighter colors.
